By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Payment is due before edited photos will be distributed.

Payments can be made via cash, check or Paypal. 

Rescheduling is allowed within any time frame. 

Photos will be delivered electronically within 1-2 weeks. They will be provided via link through Pixieset galleries and available through email by request. 

Sierra Archer's Canoeplace Candids retains the copyright to all photos. We reserve the right to use photos for promotional purposes, such as on social media and our website, unless otherwise agreed upon. 

The client retains rights to the photos for printing, sharing on social media, and personal use. Commercial use of the photos is not permitted. 

Sierra Archer's Canoeplace Candids is not responsible for any injuries, accidents or loss of property during the photography session. Animals remain in full responsibility of their owners and will not be under the control of the business. 

Any technological issues will be liable to a return of payments received or a follow-up session.
